Event Information

The Primary Registrant (player 1 on our registration form) is responsible for communicating all event, registration, and cancellation policy information to all the people they register.

Event Communication

Email is how we communicate all event information. Make sure you key in your email address correctly. The Primary Registrant will receive an email confirming the receipt of their registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email, it may have been caught in your spam folder or your email address was input incorrectly on your registration form. Please add Darin@FatherSonBowl.com to your contact list in order to stay connected. The Wednesday prior to game day, the Primary Registrant will receive another email informing them that game times have been posted and other important game day information.

Cancellation Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Once registered, you will not receive a refund if you or anyone you registered cannot participate. Registration fees cannot be transferred to other players. If the event is rescheduled for any reason and you cannot participate on the rescheduled date, we reserve the right to give a refund minus any processing fees.

Release and Indemnity Agreement

Every player is required to sign a Release Form in order to play in the event. Release Forms can be reviewed and downloaded here. TBD Release Form

Conduct

This is not a serious competition and you will only make yourself look like a fool if you get out of line, argue with a referee, or treat others disrespectfully. Come with the right attitude and be a leader in fun!

Time Slot Selection

You will be required to select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd time slot preference. You must select at least TWO DIFFERENT time slots. Once time slot preferences are submitted, they cannot be changed. If you can only play during one Time Slot, please check availability with Caree@FatherSonBowl.com BEFORE registering because there are no refunds.

You may be assigned your 1st, 2nd or 3rd preference. We work hard to assign you to your 1st or 2nd preference. However, due to the volume of players and Time Slot requests, we occasionally have to assign players to their 3rd preference. Early registrants get time slot preferences over later registrants.

Once games are set, the Wednesday before game day, assigned game times and players cannot be changed. If you cannot participate at your assigned time then your registration will be forfeited/cancelled. No refunds. We will fill those spots with standby players.

Every player must sign in on game day at their designated time or their spots will be forfeited to standby players and will not be refunded their entry fee.

Teams

Groups can request to play together as a team. We will do our best to accommodate team requests, but cannot guarantee them. All teams will consist of a minimum of 10 players. If you are entering a team of 9 players or less, we will add players to your team. Due to increased demand and limited space, we can no longer reserve full games. If you and your son(s) are wanting to play with friends, everyone will need to sign up together on one registration form OR everyone will need to register separately on the SAME DAY with the SAME TIME SLOT PREFERENCES and all teammates names listed. If you do not register on the same day, we cannot guarantee that you all will play together. We reserve the right to adjust or change any team up to and on game day. No teams are exclusive. If you’d like to play against another team you can request this, but it cannot be guaranteed. The other team will also need to sign up on the same day as your team. Registration Form

Below are a few things to know before signing up.

  • On the first page of the registration form, you need to add the total number of tickets (i.e. 1 ticket per player) that you want to sign up to play. EVERY player needs a ticket. On the next page of the registration form you will add all the required information for every player.

  • The PRIMARY CONTACT will receive all emails regarding event information and updates.

  • EVERY player you’re signing up to play needs to be registered under the ATTENDEE INFORMATION section.

  • Due to limitations of the registration system, if you would like a copy of all the information filled out on your registration form, you will need to PRINT IT BEFORE clicking continue to pay. The player information that you input WILL NOT be included in your confirmation email.
