2 Events in 2026!

We hope you are doing well. Our family is so grateful for all the players, sponsors, and volunteers we have had over the years. We truly love and appreciate this community!

We wanted to share an important update with you about our upcoming 2026 Father & Son Bowl. Our usual home at Lasko Fields will be undergoing maintenance and repair, which means we needed to find a new location for our next event. After an extensive search, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve secured a fantastic new temporary location! With the location change, we also had to change the date from Super Bowl weekend to the weekend before the Super Bowl.

But that’s not all…

Because next year marks the 20th anniversary of the Father & Son Bowl—and because our new location has limited capacity—we’re taking the celebration to the next level by hosting TWO epic Father & Son Bowl events in 2026! Get ready for double the energy, double the memories, and double the fun!

First Event

  • Page High School turf football field (some games under stadium lights).

  • 2 days and 4 different time slots to choose from.

  • 5-on-5 backyard family style flag football.

  • All skill levels (no big egos).

  • Skill Zone with activities and competitions.

  • Food, music, and giveaways.

  • Interactive player rallies.

  • Memories that will last a lifetime!

Players

This event is for guy players only but all are welcome to come watch, eat, play in the Skill Zone, and cheer on the players. Fathers and sons* from ages 5 to 95. Grandfathers and grandsons, uncles and nephews, mentors and mentees, or if you are a man that plays a significant role in a young man’s life you can play together too.

*If you have a son (or know of one) whose father is unable to play for some reason or if you are a single mom with a son, these boys can sign up too. Email Caree@FatherSonBowl.com for more information.

Individuals

A father and son(s) play on the same team (in the same game) and will be teamed up with and play against other fathers and sons of similar age and skill level.

Teams

Groups can request to play together as a team. We will do our best to accommodate team requests, but cannot guarantee them. All teams will consist of a minimum of 10 players. If you are registering a team of 9 players or less, we will add players to your team.

  • Teams should have a minimum of 10 players. We reserve the right to adjust or change any team up to and on game day. No teams are exclusive. If you are entering a team of 9 players or less, we will add players to your team.

    We always reserve the right to add players to a team. We may need to add a father and son to your team. Please welcome them and know that they are there to have a great time with their young man also. With that said, we will try to avoid adding too many people to a team. Our goal is to make it a great day for everyone involved.

    Due to increased demand and limited space, we can no longer reserve full games. If you and your son(s) are wanting to play with friends, everyone will need to sign up together on one registration form OR everyone will need to register separately on the same day with the same time slot and all requested teammates names listed. If you do not register on the same day, we cannot guarantee that you all will play together.

    If you register to play as a team and someone has to cancel for any reason, registration fees cannot be transferred and are non-refundable. For example, if a registered player cannot play on game day, but you have unregistered guys of similar age that would like to play, those new players will need to register and pay the current player fees.

    If you’d like to play against another team (as described above) you can request this by emailing Caree@FatherSonBowl.com, but it cannot be guaranteed. The other team will also need to sign up as described above and on the same day as your team.

    If the team you are entering is more dominant than the team you are playing against and your team is not playing with a sense of fun, honor and respect for others, then the Field General will invoke the The Respect Rule to equalize the game. The goal of our event is for all players to have a fun time, especially the boys.

$35 per player December 15 – December 25
$40 per player December 26 – January 18
$45 per player January 19 – January 24

Price includes 1 game, a t-shirt, a player bag, and a ton of fun!
A portion of the proceeds benefit fatherless children. Over the years, with the support of our players and sponsors, we’ve raised $105,600 for fatherless children and young men in need.

Cancellation Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Once registered, you will not receive a refund if you or anyone you registered cannot participate. Registration fees cannot be transferred to other players. If the event is rescheduled for any reason and you cannot participate on the rescheduled date, we reserve the right to give a refund minus any processing fees.

Game Day Schedule

Each registered player will play one game. When registering you will indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Time Slot preferences (NOT a specific round or game time). You must select at least two different options. Once preferences are submitted, they cannot be changed.

How to Sign up

Sign up ASAP! Space is limited based on our new venue and is expected to sell out sooner than usual. 

Early registrants get Time Slot preferences over later registrants. Once registration is full, players can sign up for the Standby List. 

Be Fully Informed. Read all the event information before registering. The person registering players is responsible for communicating event and game day information to all the players they register.

Game Time Options. There are different day and time slot options to choose from. See the Game Day Schedule above. When registering, you’ll indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd preferences.

Registering Players. Below is the key info you'll need for each player.

  • First and Last name

  • Age

  • Shirt Size

  • Skill Level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced)

  • Relationship (to you or other adult on team)

  • A father and son(s) play on the same team (in the same game) and will be teamed up with and play against other fathers and sons of similar age and skill level.

  • If you are registering a team of 9 players or less, we will add players to your team. See teams info above.

    Signing up a team under ONE registration form. 

    If signing up everyone together…a team captain will be responsible for gathering all registration info mentioned above and payment for each player on his team.

    Signing up a team under SEPARATE registration forms. 

    If signing up team members separately…everyone will need to register separately on the same day with the same time slot preferences and all requested teammates names listed on each registration form. If you do not register on the same day, we cannot guarantee that you all will play together.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 17.8 million children, nearly 1 in 4, live without a biological, step, or adoptive father in the home. STOP and THINK if you know any boys or young men that don't have a dad in their life. If you do, please consider bringing them and make a positive impact in their life!
